Herbal Medicine: The medicinal use of herb plants and trees to regain and maintain health. Herbs are used to cleanse, detoxify, rebuild and tone in order to bring the body back to a healthy state.

Homeopathic Medicine: A system of medicine that treats a dis-ease with dilute, potentized remedies that will produce the same symptoms as the dis-ease when given to a healthy individual. The fundamental principle being that 'like cures like.' Homeopathic medicines are derived from a variety of plant, mineral, and animal substances.

Nutritional Counseling: The use of whole foods and nutritional supplements (herbs, vitamins) in the maintenance of health and treatment of dis-ease.
